SUBLIMATION

Welcome to our section on dye sublimation, a method of digitally imprinting photo-quality images onto a range of products from ceramic mugs to performance t-shirts. This technology uses specialty sublimation inks to permanently dye a variety of synthetic “blanks,” delivering to the end customer a personalized and customized product to their exact specifications without limitations on color.

DTG PRINTING

DTG prints an image directly onto a garment or fabric and offers more flexibility than screenprinting in terms of color variation and turn-around time (especially for smaller orders). (DTG) printing is most commonly implemented on garments that are made of 100% cotton or cotton blends. DTG printing on dark garments requires pre-treating the fabric in order to achieve opacity on dark garments. Which the cost go's up on dark fabrics.
